Shrimp and Crab Quiche

1- 9” deep dish pie shell

4 oz crab (claw or lump)

4 oz cooked shrimp roughly chopped

2 oz fresh dill

6 lg. eggs

1 c. heavy cream

¼ tsp nutmeg

¼ tsp Old Bay

3 oz shredded Gruyere cheese


1Insert wire rack in skillet and preheat to 400 F.

2Add 1 frozen pie shell to skillet.

3Cook for 30 minutes then remove.

4Add shrimp, crab, dill and cheese to pie shell.

5In a bowl, combine eggs, cream, nutmeg, Old Bay and mix thoroughly.

6Place pie shell in skillet on wire rack.

7Pour over shrimp and crab mixture.

8Cover with lid and cook 1 hr or until the Quiche is set and not runny.

9Remove from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.

Temperature: 400F
