Salmon in Parchment

12x16 parchment paper

4 oz salmon filet skinless

Pinch dill

¼ zucchini julienne

¼ yellow squash julienne

¼ carrot julienne

½ green onion sliced

1 pat of butter (optional)

Juice of ¼ lemon

½ oz dry white wine

salt and pepper


1Preheat steamer unit to boil.

2Place parchment paper in front of you and fold in half lengthwise.

3Place salmon on the parchment and top with ingredients in the order listed.

4Fold the parchment in half.

5Starting at the left side, fold the edges together in 1” increments until you get to the other end of the parchment.

6Twist the end closed and place on the steamer plate.

7Place the lid on the steamer and cook for 7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 135 F.

Temperature: 400 F.
Water: Fill to Line
