Salmon Burger (Sautéed)

½ lb. fresh salmon filet skin removed

1 egg

1 tsp. dill

salt and pepper to taste

½ c. fresh bread crumbs

4 green onion sliced

1 tbsp. capers

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 Lemon wedge




Onion slice


1Preheat skillet to 350 F.

2In a food processor; combine salmon, egg, dill, salt and pepper and bread crumbs.

3Pulse until ingredients come together and are chopped well.

4Transfer to a mixing bowl and add capers and onion.

5Mix well and form into patties.

6Add olive oil to skillet and place burgers in skillet.

7Cook each side 3-4 minutes or internal temperature reaches 135 F.

8Place on bun with lettuce, tomato, onion and serve with a lemon wedge.

Temperature: 350 F
