2 ½ lbs. ground beef

1 ½ c. onion diced fine

2 c. bread crumbs

3 eggs

4 tsp. Italian seasoning

2-tbsp. garlic fresh minced

3 tbsp. ketchup

2 tbsp. Worcestershire

1 c. milk

2 tsp. salt and pepper


1Preheat steamer unit to boil.

2In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

3Form into a log shape and place it on the steamer plate and cover with lid.

4Cook for 45 minutes or internal temperature reaches 155F.

Temperature: 400F
Water: Fill to line
