Low Country Boil

1 pkg. Zatarains crab boil

1 lemon cut in half

2/3 c. dry white wine

3 tbsp. Old bay seasoning

2 onions peeled and cut in ½

2 ears of corn cut into 1/3's

8-10 small red bliss potatoes

1 lb. smoked sausage cut into 1” pieces

1 ½ lb. shrimp (shell on)


1Add 72 oz water, crab boil packet, lemon, wine, Old Bay, and onion to skillet, cover and bring to a boil.

2Reduce temperature to 200 F. and simmer for 15 minutes.

3Add potatoes, sausage, corn, and cover with lid.

4Cook for 15 minutes.

5Carefully remove lid and add shrimp.

6Cover for 5 minutes.

Temperature: 350F
