Lemon Dill Salmon

4 oz fresh salmon

1 sprig fresh dill (1/4 tsp dry)

Kosher salt

Black cracked pepper

2 lemon slice


1Preheat the steamer to boil.

2Season salmon with salt and pepper.

3Place dill sprig on salmon.

4Lay sliced lemon on salmon.

5Place in steamer for 7- 9 minutes or internal temp reaches 135F.

Temperature: 350F
Water: Fill to line
