Baked Rummy Bananas

2 bananas

Juice of 1/2 lime

3 tbsp. Spiced Rum

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. nutmeg

1 tbsp. dark brown sugar

1 tbsp. butter (optional)


1Preheat skillet to 400 F.

2Insert the wire rack and cover with lid.

3Peel and slice the bananas lengthwise. Place in a buttered 8x8 pan.

4Add lime juice, rum, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar evenly and in that order.

5Place pan on wire rack and cover for 15-20 minutes.
